Anatomy 3D Atlas

Anatomy 3D Atlas gives you an interactive way to study human anatomy, whether you’re a student, a healthcare professional, or curious about the body.

by Catfish Animation Studio

What you get

Understand how the body fits together by exploring it in 3D.

You can study the body from different angles instead of relying on a single flat illustration. Rotate and enlarge anatomical models to see how bones, muscles, organs, and other structures sit beside one another. Explore systems such as the nervous, cardiovascular, and digestive systems, then move through layers to understand what lies beneath the surface.

When a view gets crowded, you can hide surrounding structures or isolate the parts you want to study. Search for a specific structure, select it to see its name, and read supporting details. For muscles, you can check origins, insertions, innervation, and function to connect what you see with how the body works.

You can save useful viewpoints with pins and return to them during later study sessions. If you study anatomy across languages, you can display terminology in two languages at once. Access to premium features requires a subscription.

  • Understand spatial relationships

You can examine structures from multiple angles to see how organs, muscles, and bones relate to one another.

  • Focus your study

You can remove visual clutter by hiding surrounding anatomy or isolating the structures you need to examine.

  • Connect anatomy with function

You can read muscle origins, insertions, innervation, and function alongside the models you’re studying.

  • Return to useful views

You can save viewpoints with pins so you don’t have to recreate the same study view each time.

  • Compare anatomical terms

You can display terms in two languages simultaneously when studying across languages.

Best for

  • You’re a student learning anatomical structures and their relationships.
  • You’re a healthcare professional reviewing anatomy visually.
  • You’re curious about how the human body is organized.

Skip it if

You don’t need it if basic anatomy diagrams give you enough detail and you have no use for interactive 3D exploration.
