What you get
You can securely reach your organization’s internal apps and files from your Mac.
F5Access gives you an encrypted connection from your Mac to your organization’s private network. You can reach internal applications and files through an SSL VPN, provided your workplace uses a compatible F5 BIG-IP Access Policy Manager configuration.
You can sign in using the method your organization supports, including a username and password, web-based authentication with a second factor, or a certificate. When you switch networks or wake your Mac from sleep, the app can reestablish your connection. You can also view connection statistics and access logs to help your IT team investigate problems.
You get a simpler client with an interface integrated into macOS, rather than the broader remote-access options of F5 Edge Client. Check with your administrator before installing: F5Access isn’t a direct substitute for Edge Client, and your company’s server configuration must support it.
