Finviz
Stock Screener
Finviz is a Mac stock screener for you if you want to narrow down stocks, follow watchlists, and examine price history using your own market-data API keys.
by Afaq Ahmad
What you get
Find stocks that match your criteria and follow how they move.
You can narrow thousands of stocks to a shortlist using price, volume, market cap, sector, P/E, and other fundamental or technical criteria. Once a ticker looks worth investigating, you can examine its price history and key fundamentals without switching between browser tabs.
Your watchlists put live quotes, daily changes, and small trend charts together, so you can check how the stocks you follow are moving. With Pro, you can keep unlimited watchlists, set custom price alerts, compare sector performance on a heatmap, and read news and insider-trading activity alongside relevant tickers.
You’ll need your own free Finnhub and Financial Modeling Prep API keys to supply market data. Your portfolio information stays off the app’s servers. The core watchlist, charts, and screener are free; Pro costs $4.99 per month, with a seven-day free trial.
