GEHRIMED gives you a paperless way to manage clinical documentation for long-term and post-acute care. You can see your patient census by facility alongside unsigned encounters, secure messages, triage notes, clinical measures, and reports, helping you identify what needs attention.
When you document a visit, you move through the encounter from history and vital signs to diagnosis, assessment, and plan. Your CPT choices are limited to codes relevant to long-term and post-acute care, reducing the risk of selecting an inappropriate billing code. Quality-measure alerts flag patients who may need further evaluation or action, supporting your MIPS-related work.
Once you sign an encounter, its report is automatically sent to the associated facility. You can also send charts and complete medical records electronically to referring offices and trigger billing reports after signing. You need on-site internet access; the supplied Mac requirement is OS X 10.11 or later.
