What you get

Turn your paper documents and photos into usable digital files.

With HP Easy Scan, you can bring paper documents and printed photos onto your Mac using a compatible HP scanner or multifunction printer. You can scan multiple pages with your chosen settings, so a longer document doesn’t have to become a series of separate scanning tasks. Your HP device must be supported by an Apple ICA scan driver.

After scanning, you can straighten an image, trim unwanted edges, and adjust its color before saving. Automatic photo detection helps when you’re digitizing printed pictures. You can choose from several output formats, including OCR formats that let you work with recognized text rather than just an image of a page.

For recurring jobs, you can customize scan shortcuts to reuse the settings you need instead of configuring each scan from scratch.
