What you get
Keep your IRC conversations organized across multiple networks on your Mac.
With Netsplit, you can stay connected to several IRC networks at once while keeping each network’s conversations separate. Browse live channel lists to find discussions, save favorite channels for later, and exchange private messages. You can use a different identity on each server and reconnect automatically when a connection drops.
You can move between conversations with keyboard shortcuts or the Command-K switcher, and get notified when someone mentions you. Muting and adjustable channel-event messages let you cut down on chatter you don’t need to follow. Link warnings help you approach shared URLs cautiously, while image and link previews show more of what’s being shared.
If you run a channel, you can handle invitations, remove disruptive participants, and manage bans. You can also adjust text size, spacing, and colors to make chats easier to read, with VoiceOver support and reduced-motion options available.
