Privacy Badger
Privacy Badger is a browser extension for you if you want less online tracking. It learns to block hidden trackers and lets you choose when to activate embedded content.
by Electronic Frontier Foundation
What you get
You get less hidden tracking and more say over what loads.
With Privacy Badger, you reduce hidden tracking while you browse. It sends Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals to communicate your requests against data selling, sharing, and tracking. When trackers ignore those signals, it learns to block them, so you don't have to identify each tracker yourself.
You also get a choice over embedded content that can track you. Instead of loading certain video players or comment widgets immediately, Privacy Badger shows a placeholder you can click when you want to use them. It also removes outgoing link click tracking on Facebook and Google, reducing the tracking attached to links you follow from those sites.
