You can combine sounds and melodies, then adjust each one’s volume so your preferred sounds stand out and others stay in the background. With 52 sounds and melodies to choose from, you can change the atmosphere to suit your mood rather than listen to one fixed track.

You can add a meditation designed for bedtime when you want something to follow as you wind down. If you would rather not build a mix yourself, you can try combinations shared by the community. You can also use your mixes during a nap, yoga, a massage, or a quiet break. The result is a listening environment you control, without a promise that it will solve sleep difficulties.
