The-Bible
The-Bible gives you the King James Bible on your Mac, with tools for regular reading and returning to passages you want to study.
by Matthew Hiles
What you get
Read the King James Bible and keep meaningful passages easy to revisit.
With The-Bible, you can read the King James version on your Mac and find a passage by jumping directly to its book, chapter, or verse. You can also search the text when you want to locate something without browsing through chapters.
Reading plans give you a structure to follow. As you read, you can bookmark passages to return to, highlight verses that stand out, and add tags to organize them. Your recent history helps you revisit passages you have already opened, while copying selected verses lets you use the text elsewhere without retyping it.
Your bookmarks, highlights, reading history, and reading plans sync through iCloud. You get a way to keep your reading organized, whether you follow a plan or return to particular verses for closer study.
