App for YouTube ·
App for YouTube gives you a dedicated Mac app for discovering movies and trailers on YouTube, watching available videos, and keeping favorites close at hand.
by AppAlchemy Labs LLC
What you get
Find movies and watch YouTube videos without juggling browser tabs.
You get a dedicated place on your Mac to browse movies and trailers available through YouTube. Movie posters and categories help you explore popular titles and preview upcoming releases when you’re deciding what to watch, rather than starting with a specific video in mind.
You can watch official trailers and publicly available movie content inside the app. When you want to continue on YouTube itself, you can open a movie’s official YouTube page with one click. Your viewing options depend on what’s available on YouTube; this is a third-party browser, not a separate movie streaming catalog.
You can also save favorites for later and use your watch history to return to something you’ve already viewed. If you prefer browsing in a dedicated Mac window, you can keep that activity apart from your other browser tabs.
