Canvas for Student Instructure
Canvas for Student Instructure is a Mac companion for Canvas LMS that helps you keep track of coursework, check grades, and study alongside your school's course materials.
by RISE SMART
What you get
You can see what’s due and plan your study time in one place.
You get a single Mac window for your Canvas coursework, with upcoming deadlines, overdue assignments, announcements, and current grades together. Across courses, you can sort out what needs attention, read assignment instructions, and check submission status. When you mark an assignment complete in the app, that status carries over to Canvas.
You can also read and reply to course messages, join discussions, and find course files without switching between separate browser pages. For studying, you can work in timed focus sessions, review course-specific flashcards with spaced repetition, and keep autosaving notes with citations for books, websites, and journal articles.
You can check grade breakdowns and calculate your GPA. A Premium subscription adds target-grade calculations, due-date reminders, workload insights, calendar import and export, and unlimited flashcard decks and notes. The study tools and GPA calculator also work before you connect your school account.
