What you get
See your medical scans as individual slices and in 3D.
With Dornheim DICOM Viewer, you can look at the medical images you received after an MRI, CT scan, or ultrasound, provided they are in DICOM format. If the viewing software supplied with your patient CD does not work on your Mac, you have another way to see those scans.
You can examine the images as individual 2D slices or view the body's internal structures in 3D. That gives you two ways to look at the same medical data: layer by layer, or as a spatial view rather than separate flat images.
If you are a doctor, you can use these views to show patients their medical images while discussing them. The app gives you a visual reference for that conversation, whether you need to point out a particular slice or show structures in three dimensions.
