What you get
You can inspect, measure, and export medical images without uploading patient data.
With OrthoRay DICOM Engine, you can review CT, MRI, X-ray, and ultrasound images on your Mac. You can scroll through large scan datasets, examine anatomy in 3D, and view axial, sagittal, and coronal sections to understand structures from different directions.
You can measure structures, add annotations, and adjust image contrast using presets for different tissue types. Single-image, quad, and multi-planar layouts let you choose how you examine a study, while the metadata viewer gives you access to the information stored in its DICOM files.
When you need images outside the workstation, you can export PNG or JPEG files, or turn a sequence of slices into a video. Your work stays on your device: you don't need an account or a cloud connection. The app runs natively on both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs.
