Musictube
Musictube is a YouTube music player for you if you prefer listening to albums, artist catalogs, live performances, and covers through a traditional music-player interface.
by Flavio Tordini
What you get
You get YouTube music organized for longer listening sessions.
With Musictube, you can listen to millions of songs from YouTube through an interface built around music. You can play a full album or explore an artist’s discography, with artist information and album artwork alongside your listening.
You can also go beyond studio recordings. Switch to live mode to hear performances, or use cover mode to explore other people’s versions of familiar songs. That gives you a way to revisit music you know through different performances and interpretations.
For longer sessions, you can build and edit your play queue, then let it run for hours in the background while you do something else. You choose what comes next rather than picking each song as the previous one ends.
