What you get
You can turn scattered ideas and references into a visual project plan.
With Allume, you can lay out a project’s ideas and supporting material on one canvas. Bring together notes, sketches, pictures, videos, links, and PDFs to build a storyboard, explore a design concept, or map out a strategy. Linked cards let you reference related items, while link previews help you see what you’ve saved.
You can break a complex plan into smaller parts using boards inside boards, keeping detailed work within the wider project. If you don’t want to start from a blank canvas, templates give you a starting structure for roadmaps, weekly plans, proposals, and project kickoffs.
When you’re ready for feedback, you can work in shared workspaces with up to five collaborators and add comments. You can also export a board as a PDF or PNG to share your ideas outside the workspace.
-
Keep references beside ideas
You can place notes, images, videos, links, and PDFs together so your planning stays close to its source material.
-
Break down complex plans
You can use nested boards to separate detailed work while keeping it within the larger project.
-
Start with a structure
You can use templates to begin a roadmap, weekly plan, proposal, or kickoff without laying out everything yourself.
-
Get feedback on plans
You can collaborate with up to five people, add comments, or export boards as PDFs and PNGs for sharing.
