You can reduce the space your apps occupy without deciding which ones to delete. App Archiver shows you your biggest installed apps and estimates the savings before you make changes. You can compress apps you use regularly while keeping them ready to launch, then check the before-and-after storage figures.

For apps you rarely need, you can replace the full installation with a compact launcher and restore the original when you want to use or update it. This gives you a way to keep occasional-use apps available without leaving every installation at full size.

You can also save apps as ZIP or DMG backups for storage or transfer, including their settings and files. When restoring a backup, you can choose the original location or a different one. Custom exclusions let you leave selected files untouched, and you can compress app data separately.
