What you get
You can check the temperature and plan around rain without leaving your work.
You get the current temperature in your Mac’s menu bar, with a click opening forecasts for your location or anywhere else. You can check whether to bring a jacket, expect rain, or move outdoor plans to a better time without opening a browser.
The free version gives you hourly temperature and rain forecasts for 48 hours and a three-day outlook. You can see today’s highest and lowest temperatures and when to expect them, plus wind, gusts, humidity, and pressure. When UV is high, you’ll see it in the menu bar. You can choose Celsius, Fahrenheit, or both.
With Premium, you can look ten days ahead and read official weather warnings where supported. You also get brief daily and weekly AI summaries generated on your Mac, without sending your location to an AI service. Those summaries require macOS 27 and a Mac with Apple Intelligence.
