What you get
See exactly what changed and choose what goes into your commits.
Gitfox gives you a visual way to review and manage your Git repositories on your Mac. You can compare any two commits, inspect changes side by side, and spot edits within individual lines. Image comparisons help you check that the intended assets are included, while line-by-line staging lets you separate mixed work into focused commits.
When branches conflict, you can resolve differences in Gitfox or open your preferred merge tool directly. Full-text search with highlighted matches helps you locate relevant text. You can also handle branches, tags, merges, rebases, and cherry-picks through the interface, with Git-Flow support for organizing features, fixes, and releases.
If you work across projects or organizations, you can keep several Git identities and set a default for each repository. That means you don’t have to choose your identity again for every commit.

-

You can resolve conflicts in Gitfox or launch your preferred external merge tool directly.
