What you get

Keep your code and dependencies backed up beyond your Git host.

You get a separate copy of your Git repositories, so you can access backed-up code when your hosting service is unavailable. Repo Man mirrors repositories from GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, GitHub Enterprise, or any SSH URL. You can keep those backups on your Mac, a NAS, an external drive, or a cloud provider.

Your backups can include the pieces your projects depend on, not just the main repository. Repo Man detects submodules and Swift Package dependencies and backs them up too, along with Git LFS objects. You can schedule daily, weekly, monthly, or custom backups; for supported hosts, unchanged repositories don’t trigger unnecessary backup runs.

When you need files, you can export a specific branch as a full clone instead of navigating a bare repository. Tags help you organize your collection, while backup logs show you what was saved, when, and how long it took.
