MixPad Multitrack Recorder
MixPad is a multitrack recording and mixing app for your Mac, suited to recording instruments and vocals, making beats, and combining audio into songs or mash-ups.
by NCH Software
What you get
Turn your recordings and audio files into a finished mix.
With MixPad, you can build a song from your own vocals, instruments, and existing audio files on your Mac. Record one track at a time or capture multiple tracks together, then combine as many layers as your project needs. You can also make beats or turn favorite audio files into a mash-up.
You can shape how those layers sound together using EQ, reverb, and compression, adjusting tone, adding space, and controlling volume differences. If you need more material, you can draw from a library of royalty-free music clips rather than recording every part yourself.
When your mix is ready, you can save it as a high-quality WAV file or choose a compressed format such as MP3 for easier sharing. You can also burn your work to a CD or upload it to share with others.
