What you get
You can turn recorded parts and beat ideas into mixed songs.
You can build a song from your own recordings, MIDI melodies, drum patterns, and loops. Record through your Macβs microphone or an external audio interface, then layer vocals and instruments into a multitrack arrangement. If you donβt have an instrument connected, you can create parts with the on-screen keyboard and built-in sounds.
You can revise MIDI notes, balance instruments against vocals, and change how each part sits in the mix using volume, panning, EQ, and effects. Guitar amp sounds, reverb, and other processing let you shape your recordings without recording every part again.
When youβre ready, you can save your work, share recordings online, or collaborate with musicians through Songtree. Some effects, higher-quality recording and export options, and expanded track limits require a subscription, so what you can finish depends on your edition.
