Notebook LM
Quiz & Flashcards
Notebook LM is an AI research and study app for when you want to turn source material into notes, practice questions, presentations, or written drafts.

What you get
Turn your sources into notes you can question, study, and present.
You can bring PDFs, images, audio, video, web links, or pasted text into Notebook LM and get organized summaries of the material. Instead of working through every source from scratch, you can ask follow-up questions and request explanations through an AI chat grounded in what you uploaded. Notebooks and saved chat histories keep each topic together.
When you need to study, you can turn your sources into flashcards and quizzes with immediate feedback, listen to audio overviews, or export study material as PDFs. You can also see connections in a mind map or turn the same material into slides, reports, infographics, and tables. For writing tasks, you can generate article or essay drafts with your chosen length, tone, and language.
You get limited free usage; unlimited access to all AI Studio features requires an in-app subscription. Despite its name, this is an independent app, not Google’s NotebookLM.
