You get a checklist of 20 Mac security settings without having to inspect each one manually. Pareto Security checks whether protections such as FileVault, the firewall, secure boot, and a password requirement after inactivity are configured securely. It also checks settings such as whether your AirPlay receiver is off.

You can see what needs attention from your menu bar. An orange indicator flags a setting worth reviewing; open the app to identify it. Green items show which checks pass, so you can focus on the exceptions.

Checks run automatically in the background, helping you catch a protection you forgot to restore after temporarily disabling it. You can snooze checks when needed. You still make the changes yourself—the app tells you where to look.
