What you get

You get everyday Mac tasks done by asking in plain English.

You can hand off routine Mac tasks by describing what you want done. In Safari, Sidekick reads a web form and fills in your details, flagging anything it still needs from you. You can also give it a date and time to get a Teams meeting invite ready in two clicks.

You get a tidier desktop without moving each file yourself: ask Sidekick to sort your files into folders according to your preferences. When you need a file later, you can describe it roughly or provide a word from its name to find and open it. You can also close all your social media tabs in one go.

You stay in control of when changes happen. Sidekick acts only when you ask, requests permission before deleting anything, and lets you undo changes.

  • Less manual form filling

You can fill Safari forms in one go and see which details still need your input.

  • A tidier desktop

You can turn scattered desktop files into folders organized the way you want.

  • Files found from clues

You can find and open a file using a rough description or a word from its name.

  • Quicker meeting setup

You can provide a date and time to get a Teams meeting invite ready in two clicks.

  • Control over changes

You decide when Sidekick acts, approve deletions beforehand, and can undo changes.

Best for

  • You regularly fill out web forms in Safari
  • You have a cluttered desktop or struggle to locate files
  • You frequently arrange Teams meetings

Skip it if

You probably don't need it if you prefer handling forms, files, and meeting invitations yourself.
