Daily helps you keep a record of your work without having to remember to start tracking each task. You receive automatic prompts asking what you’re doing, then enter your current activity. You can set a tracking schedule so those prompts stay within your working hours rather than interrupting evenings or days off.

You can review how your time was divided across tasks and projects for a day, week, month, year, or custom date range. If an entry needs correcting, you can adjust it before using your records for reporting or preparing client invoices. That gives you a clearer basis for explaining where your hours went and estimating how much time similar work might take.

When you need those records elsewhere, you can export them as CSV or JSON. You can also keep your tracking data synced through iCloud.
