What you get

You can track work and time your breaks without switching windows.

You get a visible timer in your Mac’s menu bar, so you can check elapsed time without leaving your work. Use a stopwatch to measure a task or a named countdown to give a focus session, break, or call a fixed length. You can run several sessions at once and use color indicators to tell them apart.

Your completed stopwatch sessions stay in a history where you can add notes about what you worked on. When you need a record for invoicing, reporting, or further analysis, you can export that history to CSV and use it in another tool. You get the timing records without having to organize projects or maintain a dashboard.

You can also enable automatic pausing when your Mac sleeps, so closing the lid doesn’t leave your stopwatch counting time you weren’t working.
