What you get

You can revise, sign, and share PDFs without recreating your documents.

You can correct text, replace images, and adjust formatting directly in your PDFs instead of rebuilding the original document. When paperwork needs completing, you can fill static forms, add a saved signature, or create forms with text fields and checkboxes. Highlights, comments, and handwritten notes let you mark changes and leave feedback inside the file.

You can turn PDFs into Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or image files when you need another format. For text trapped in an image, you can extract it with OCR processed on your device. You can also merge PDFs or reduce their size by adjusting image quality, flattening content, or removing images.

For shared work, you can invite others to edit in real time and collect feedback in shared folders. Folders, bookmarks, and iCloud sync help you keep documents organized and navigate longer files. Some capabilities require an upgrade.
