What you get

Save online videos, keep the parts you need, and extract audio or subtitles.

Pulltube gives you local copies of online videos and audio so you can keep them on your Mac. You can download from more than 1,000 supported sites, including YouTube and Vimeo, with support for HD, 4K, 8K, and 60fps video when available. Paste or drag in links, including multiple URLs, or send a link from Safari, Chrome, or Firefox using a browser extension.

If you only need a scene or an interview excerpt, you can set the start and end points before downloading rather than keep the whole recording. You can also save audio as MP3 or M4A without using a separate converter.

For talks, interviews, or language practice, you can keep available subtitles alongside the video or download them on their own. That gives you the option to save the full recording, a shorter clip, an audio file, or just the subtitle text.
