What you get

You get a visible cue when you start to slump or lean too far forward: your screen dims, then returns to normal brightness when you straighten up. After you position your webcam to show your head and shoulders and complete a quick calibration, SlouchSniper helps you notice posture changes you might otherwise miss.
You can choose less frequent nudges or adjust the alert delay so you have control over how often you're prompted. Your Posture History shows when your sitting position slips throughout the day, helping you spot patterns, decide when a break might help, and check your progress over time.
You also keep your camera feed private. Posture analysis runs on your Mac, and the video is neither recorded nor uploaded. Any optional data sharing requires your explicit consent.
