What you get

See how fast and consistent your internet connection is.

You get a quick way to measure your internet connection without opening a browser. Start a test from your Mac’s menu bar, and within seconds you’ll see download speed, upload speed, and ping—the time it takes to get a response. You can compare those readings with the speeds your internet provider promised.

You can also watch real-time graphs to see whether speeds stay steady or fluctuate during a test. That gives you more context when a connection feels slow, rather than relying on a single speed reading.

Your previous tests remain available with detailed reports, so you can compare results over time. When you need help troubleshooting, you can share your results to show what you measured. You get evidence for investigating a connection problem, not a tool that fixes it automatically.
