SQLPro for MSSQL
SQLPro for MSSQL is a Microsoft SQL Server client for when you need to browse database structures, write SQL queries, and run stored procedures, including on cloud-hosted servers.
by Hankinsoft Development, Inc.
What you get
You can explore SQL Server databases and run queries in one place.
SQLPro for MSSQL gives you a place to work with Microsoft SQL Server databases, including those hosted on Azure SQL or Amazon RDS. You can find tables and columns, write queries, and execute stored procedures without switching between separate tools for those tasks.
You can keep different queries open in tabs and execute multiple queries at once. Syntax highlighting helps you read your SQL, while IntelliSense offers suggestions as you type. For Azure SQL, you can sign in with Microsoft Entra ID, including multi-factor authentication.
You’ll need a Premium subscription to interact with database result sets. This client is specifically for Microsoft SQL Server, not MySQL or PostgreSQL. If you use SQL Server Express, your server must be configured for remote TCP/IP connections.
-
Find your database structure
You can quickly access tables and columns to see how your SQL Server database is organized.
-
Keep query work together
You can leave queries open in separate tabs and execute multiple queries at once.
-
Read and write SQL
You get syntax highlighting and IntelliSense suggestions to help you read queries and compose SQL.
-
Reach cloud-hosted databases
You can connect to SQL Server databases on Azure SQL or Amazon RDS, with Entra ID and MFA sign-in for Azure SQL.
Best for
- You develop or maintain applications backed by Microsoft SQL Server.
- You regularly query Azure SQL or Amazon RDS-hosted SQL Server databases.
- You need to browse tables and run stored procedures.
Skip it if
You don’t need this client if your databases run on MySQL or PostgreSQL rather than Microsoft SQL Server.
