ForkLift

Manage files across servers

ForkLift is a Mac file manager and transfer client for you if you regularly work with local folders, remote servers, or cloud storage.

What you get

Keep your Mac and server files organized, compared, and in sync.

ForkLift gives you one place to work with files on your Mac and across multiple servers. You can open two folders side by side, then drag files between them instead of juggling separate windows. You can connect to FTP, SFTP, Amazon S3, and other remote volumes, keeping several connections open at once.

When folders need to match, you can check which items are new, changed, deleted, or already identical before syncing in one direction or both. For closer checks of individual files, you can use integrations with file comparison tools.

You can also find local and remote items by filename, extension, text, or tags, then preview photos, PDFs, and other files without opening them separately. You can edit text files directly on your Mac or server and browse archives like folders, reducing the steps between finding a file and working on it.
