What you get

You get your windows into place without repeatedly dragging their edges.

Lasso gives you a quicker way to arrange the windows you work with on your Mac. You bring up a grid with a hotkey, then click and drag to choose a window’s size and position. You can put a browser beside a document or make room for Finder without carefully grabbing window edges.

When you find an arrangement that suits a task, you can save it and assign a shortcut. That lets you move the active window into a saved position without opening Lasso’s interface. You can keep different layouts for different tasks rather than resize windows from scratch each time.

If you use several displays, you can move and resize windows across them. You can also adjust the grid and gaps between windows to suit your workspace, and sync your settings through iCloud so you don’t have to configure each Mac separately.
