Keep your tasks, routines, and upcoming commitments in one place.

You get a place to collect what needs doing and decide what comes first. Capture a task with Command+Shift+A, break it into a checklist, and sort your work by date or priority. Flexible repeats let you set up recurring chores without entering them again each time, while reminders prompt you when something needs attention.

Your tasks stay synced across your Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and the web, so you can check your list wherever you are. You can also track habits and count down to birthdays or anniversaries alongside everyday tasks.

If you need more planning options, Premium gives you grid and timeline calendar views, task durations, and custom Smart Lists. You can also set multiple reminders per task, add reminders to subtasks, and share task lists with others. The free version is a starting point; these expanded options require an upgrade.
