What you get

You can share documents without exposing the details you’ve covered.

With TopSecret, you get a shareable copy of an image or PDF with sensitive details permanently covered. You can hide names, numbers, faces, or entire paragraphs yourself, then export a flattened file. The covered pixels are rewritten, so recipients can’t reveal them by moving a rectangle or switching off a layer.

You can spend less time finding repeated details, too. On-device detection identifies emails, phone numbers, card numbers, IP addresses, and faces for you to review. Search lets you cover a name or address across a multi-page PDF, including close matches and typos.

Your documents stay on your Mac, without uploads or an account. If you need to pause, you can save an editable session and adjust your redactions later, before exporting another copy.
