What you get

You get meeting decisions and next steps without replaying the whole recording.

With VoxDesk, you can turn a live meeting recording or an imported call or interview into notes you can review and reuse. You get a timestamped transcript with speaker labels, plus summaries that pull out key points, decisions, risks, owners, and action items. That gives you a way to check what was agreed and see who needs to do what.

You can correct transcript wording and speaker names before passing your notes along. If the recording needs cleanup, you can reduce low-frequency noise and adjust speech and volume locally before starting AI transcription. Your meeting library stays on your Mac, and you choose when to start the AI steps; transcription is not described as entirely local.

When you need the results elsewhere, you can export Markdown or plain text for documents and updates, JSON for workflows, or SRT for captions.
