You can turn a rough thought into a dated task without switching away from your current app. Open Quick Entry, type what needs doing, and let AgenToDo sort out the date, tag, and project. When a task needs more detail, you can have it generate notes and a checklist.

When your plans change, you can describe the adjustment in ordinary language rather than edit each field yourself. Ask to move a task to another project, reschedule it, or split it into steps. You see the proposed changes before they happen, so you can approve, adjust, or discard them.

You can keep longer projects organized and use a guided weekly review to revisit unfinished work. Your tasks stay in sync across Mac, iPhone, and iPad, so you can check your next action away from your desk. You can also share a project when someone else is involved.
