What you get
You get from a folder of photos to an organized selection of keepers.
You can review a shoot directly in your existing folders, without waiting for a database import. ApolloOne lets you browse images, mark your picks, and assign ratings and tags so you can narrow a large shoot down to the photos worth keeping. You can also inspect video frame by frame.
You can search and update EXIF, IPTC, and XMP metadata, then rename, resize, or convert batches of images instead of handling each file separately. Your picks are compatible with Lightroom, helping you carry your selection into your editing workflow.
Depending on your edition, you can compare photos with synchronized zoom, group related shots into stacks, or filter images by focus scores. Pro adds non-destructive adjustments and HDR viewing and export. Max adds focus scoring and AI-assisted ratings and keywords; the AI tools require macOS 27 or later. The app itself requires macOS 14 or later.
