You can arrange meetings without leaving the web page you’re working on.

With Calendly’s Safari extension, you can arrange your next meeting without switching to a separate tab. You can share a booking link or insert available time slots into an email, giving the other person a clear way to choose when to meet. For a group, you can send a meeting poll to find a suitable time.

You can also check upcoming meetings, look up contacts, and review meeting history or available Calendly Notetaker recaps while you work. When a conversation calls for another meeting or a handoff, you can schedule it on the spot. For a single occasion, you can create a one-off meeting or a single-use booking link.

You need a Calendly account, either free or paid. The extension brings these scheduling tasks into your Safari workflow, including when you’re using services such as Gmail, LinkedIn, and Google Calendar.
