What you get

You can plan appointments, tasks, and travel time in one calendar.

BusyCal gives you a place to see what’s booked, what needs doing, and how much time you need between destinations. You can keep work and personal calendars together, put to-dos alongside appointments, and sync your checklist with other reminder apps. Daily, weekly, and monthly views let you choose how much of your schedule to see, with adjustable text and event colors to make it easier to read.

You can add an event by typing phrases such as “tomorrow,” then change its time, location, notes, or tags in a sidebar. For appointments away from your desk, you can estimate the journey using Maps and Location Services and include that travel time in your schedule.

You also get pop-up or audio reminders that work when the app window is closed. You can snooze, pause, or repeat alerts to suit what you’re doing.
