What you get

Write, revise, and export your documents in several formats.

You can draft and revise documents, arrange text freely on the page, and keep track of your word and page counts. Find and replace lets you change repeated wording without editing each occurrence individually. You can also mark up images by circling details, highlighting sections, or adding your signature.

You can open, edit, and save RTF, RTFD, HTML, TXT, and ODT files, then export a PDF when you need that format. Working with DOC and DOCX files requires the Pro upgrade, so consider that requirement if you regularly exchange Word documents.

With Pro, you can turn text in images into editable text, with all recognition processed on your device. You also get page thumbnails to jump around longer documents and quick sharing through email or messages. These additions suit you if your writing often starts with an image or involves navigating multiple pages.
