What you get
You get a clear plan for your tasks, deadlines, resources, and costs.
You can turn a large project into smaller tasks, set deadlines, and map which tasks depend on others. A visual timeline helps you see what needs attention next and in what order work should happen. Templates give you a starting point for similar projects, so you don’t have to rebuild each plan from scratch.
You can keep people, equipment, budgets, and progress alongside the work they relate to. Charts and calendar views help you review schedules and resources, while cost tracking and performance targets let you compare how work is progressing against your goals.
You also get a place for the details that otherwise end up scattered across files and messages. You can attach emails, text, images, and documents to tasks, then add notes and costs. Document versions are retained, so you can keep earlier versions with the rest of your project information.
