What you get

You get a clear place to organize work and coordinate next steps.

You can turn a work project, personal plan, or grocery list into a board of cards, with checklists to break tasks into smaller steps. Adjust each board’s workflow to suit what you’re doing, and keep relevant files, photos, and videos attached to the work they belong to.

When you’re working with others, you can assign tasks and discuss individual items in comments, so you know who is responsible and where to find the conversation. Native notifications let you know when there’s new activity on your boards.

On your Mac, you get a workspace separate from your browser tabs. Capture a new task from anywhere with Quick Add, keep several boards open in separate windows, and jump to starred boards with keyboard shortcuts. That means less navigation when you need to record something or switch between projects.
