You can watch MKV movies with your preferred soundtrack and subtitles, switching between included languages without pausing playback. If your video needs a separate subtitle file, you can add your own. You can also play almost any audio format, giving you one place to open movies and music.
Drop a file onto the Dock icon to start watching, keep the player above other windows, or shrink it while keeping the controls usable. You can adjust brightness, contrast, and saturation to improve how a video looks. After enabling the Safari extension, you can open video and audio files it finds on webpages in MKPlayer.
You can also send supported video formats over AirPlay. Smart TV movie and audio playback requires a Pro in-app purchase, with Pro features available only on macOS High Sierra and Mojave. You can check your TV’s compatibility before buying.
