What you get

You can catch a thought before it interrupts your work or disappears.

With NoteLess, you can save a passing idea or to-do while you're working in another app. Press a global shortcut to bring up a small note card, type your thought, and return to what you were doing without hunting for your notes app.

When you'd rather speak than type, you can hold Option and dictate into the card. Your notes stay deliberately compact, so you can scan them later without working through long blocks of text. That makes it suited to capturing the essential thought rather than developing a full document.

You also keep your Dock free of another app icon: NoteLess lives in the menu bar and matches your system's light or dark appearance. You get a place for brief thoughts that stays out of the way between uses.
