What you get

Keep your reminders in sight while you work in other apps.

You get a place for reminders and reference text that won’t get buried behind your work. Pin a note above other windows and keep it visible as you move between Spaces. You can check a detail or follow a short list without repeatedly switching back to a notes window.

When your screen fills up, you can arrange open notes into a stack or tiled grid, then bring the one you need to the front. Capture selected text from another app through the macOS share sheet, or start a fresh note with a keyboard shortcut. Colors, folders, and filters help you find older notes by topic, date, group, or keyword.

You can also put a note, board, or note list on your desktop as a widget. Your notes sync through iCloud across your Macs, and you can export a note to PDF when you need to share it outside the app.
