What you get

You can put your Mac’s screen on a TV, phone, tablet, or another computer without installing anything on the receiving device. You open a browser there, enter the address shown in the app, and view your Mac wirelessly. You can share with several devices at once, so everyone doesn’t have to gather around your laptop.
You can also send photos or videos to multiple screens, or view multiple mirrored screens on one device. That gives you options for showing pictures or walking others through something on your Mac. The app advertises very low delay, but the responsiveness you get depends on your network.
You’ll need all devices on the same network; VPNs, VLANs, and subnet-based setups aren’t supported. You won’t get sound, so this isn’t a substitute for video casting with audio. Most features require a subscription or in-app purchase.
