Type or speak a task in everyday language, including when it’s due, and Todoist turns it into an organized entry. You can add reminders and repeat schedules for commitments such as paying rent or sending a weekly report.

You can break larger projects into smaller steps, mark priorities, and filter tasks across projects. Switch between a list, a board, and a calendar to see either the work ahead or how it fits into your week. Your tasks stay synced across your Mac and other devices, so you can capture something on your phone and pick it up later at your desk.

When you share a project, you can assign responsibilities and deadlines, discuss tasks in comments, and attach files. You can also check project progress based on your team’s recorded work rather than collecting separate status updates.
