What you get

See your web page change while you edit its code.

You can edit HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript while keeping the page preview beside your code. As you type, Whisk renders HTML and PHP using the same rendering engine as Safari, so you can check the result without repeatedly saving and switching to a browser. When files linked to your page change, the preview reloads automatically.

You also get help spotting markup problems: W3C-based validation underlines errors in red so you can find code that needs attention. Customizable syntax highlighting makes your source easier to scan, while reusable snippets let you avoid retyping common code. Color swatches help you check colors, and synchronized scrolling helps you keep your place between the source and preview.
