What you get

You can write, edit PDFs, and collaborate without switching office apps.

You can draft a report, update a spreadsheet, build slides, and handle PDFs in the same app. Support for common Microsoft Office formats lets you work with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files. When you need a starting point, you can use templates for resumes, memos, and presentations rather than build each document from scratch.

You can ask AI to draft or rework text, or get summaries, outlines, translations, and answers from long PDFs. For document handoffs, you can turn office files into PDFs, add annotations, and sign them. Some capabilities, including the full PDF toolkit, require a premium subscription.

You can share a document link with editing permissions so teammates can work on it together. Cloud access lets you continue editing across devices with one account, while automatic backups give you earlier document versions to return to.
